NEN 3140 contains regulations for the safe use of an installation, the periodic inspection of electrical equipment and the inspection of existing electrical installations. The SCIOS Scope 12 is a new inspection method for PV installations or solar panels. The solar panels are inspected in accordance with the insurance standards and with Scope 12 you can be sure that your solar panels are functioning properly. Due to proliferation in the installation, inspection and control market, insurance companies and market parties decided to create a standardized inspection method: SCIOS Scope 12.
