Rates and conditions

Our work is mainly carried out by our own technicians who come to your location with their van. If a technician comes to your door, a rate applies for call-out costs, plus a rate for the hours worked (we charge in half hours), supplemented with costs for materials used and parking costs.

Call-out costs

We have to incur costs for every assignment we process. For example, a mechanic needs time and a car to get to you and uses special tools. All these costs are included in the call-out costs. We will also charge you for the actual hours worked and materials used. In this way we can provide transparent insight into which costs we pass on to you.

If you have agreed on a fixed price, the call-out costs do not apply.

Up to 20 km €25.00 Up to 50 km €60.00 > 51 km €0.45 per km Travel hour, 70% of the hourly rate If a kilometer allowance is used in consultation, the costs are €0.25 per kilometer driven.

ParkingOur technicians have the option to register their car for areas where paid parking is required. This entails additional costs. If you prefer to have our technician park with your visitor pass or if you have your own parking facility, you can indicate this when you make an appointment with us.
